Total Rehabilitation, Inc. (Total Rehab) was founded in 1995 by five therapists. Total Rehabilitation, Inc. provides Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services to all ages.

Counties Served: Orange, Durham, Wake, Chatham, Johnson, Person, Alamance, Franklin, Caswell, Guilford, Warren, and Harnett.

Services provided with flexible scheduling at: Home, Daycare, Pre-schools, Schools, Home Health Agencies, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living facilities and Hospitals (acute and outpatient settings).

Our Mission Statement: Total Rehabilitation delivers services using an interdisciplinary team approach. The Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Speech Language Pathologist work closely with the family caregiver, service coordinator and physician to develop a plan of care based on the needs of the patient. The Total Rehab goal is to work effectively with the client and caregivers to insure maximum progress toward goals.
